Named after an Italian lieutenant, this modern via ferrata climbs the Sasso di Stria near Falzarego Pass. The hike begins near Forte Tre Sassi, with an easy downhill walk toward the Edelweiss position. The route includes WWI tunnels and trenches, offering glimpses of history. Once at the top, you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking 360-degree views, including the Marmolada (on clear days). The ferrata itself is moderate, with exposed but manageable sections.
