Beginning near Lake Pianozes, this diverse trail follows the scenic Gores de Federa, winding past cascades, footbridges and ancient gorges. You’ll reach Malga Federa with sweeping views over the Ampezzo basin before continuing to the glassy waters of Lake Federa, where Croda da Lago rises into view. A picnic or a stop at Rifugio Palmieri completes the day. For the return, follow a circular route through alpine forest or descend by jeep.
